* Headbanger and dj dom aka getto king walk into the gym when they spot a sheet on the ground that reads, " Dana " The Thriller " Dow's Workout " *

Headbanger - reads off the sheet, " 500 lb bench press
450 lb squats
650 lb leg press
2 75 lb curls 100 times
1000 sit-ups
750 push-ups
500 military style push-ups
850 pull-ups
2 Hours on the Stairmaster
1 Hour on the Bike
4 Hours kick-boxing training "

* Headbanger's and dj dom aka getto king's jaws are dropped wide open *
